Shipping policy

Delivery Policy:

Together with our courier partners, Mykonos Greek Sandals wants to ensure that our customers are satisfied. We are strongly committed to deliver within the time frame mentioned below. However, there are times that you may experience short delay in receiving your shipment due to overload of our partners, if they are not able to contact you in time of delivery or if you requested different delivery address after you have placed an order.

United Arab Emirates deliveries:

1-2 business days
shipping fee 25 AED (incl. 5% VAT)
free shipping for orders above 600AED

International deliveries:

3-10 business days
shipping fee for Australia 29 AUD
shipping fee for United States of America 21 USD
shipping fee for other countries 14USD

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the link where you can monitor your order.

If you wish to change the address before the shipping process, our team will be happy to assist you. If you received a confirmation that your order has been dispatched, please note that any request to change the shipping address might involve a small delay of the delivery.

Please be available for your delivery the time and the date you committed to our courier. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.

If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including when you are not available to take delivery of your order or request postponement.

Please note the courier will make up to two phone calls to book the delivery time slot with you, and up to three attempts to deliver before your order is cancelled.
