Returns & Exchanges:

Items can be returned or exchanged once without any charge, unless stated otherwise, subject to stock availability. Items on Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. For a second change the courier charge s 30 AED and is charged to the customer. Returned items will only be accepted if they are not used and are in the original condition. Please inform us of the exchange request within 7 days from delivery. 

For a return, once the sandals have been collected, an online refund will be arranged - no refunds can be made by the courier services upon the collection of the returning items.  

Exchanged and Returned items:

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging and placed inside a protective outer box/bag for shipping. 

When trying on the sandals, please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe bag or box. We highly recommend when trying on the sandals to stand on a carpeted floor in order to protect the soles from unpleasant marks.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Delivery Policy:

Mykonos Greek Sandals, in partnership with our couriers, wants to make sure that our customers are satisfied. We are strongly committed to deliver within the time frame mentioned below. However, there are times that you may experience short delay in receiving your shipment due to overload of our partners, if they are not able to contact you in time of delivery or if you requested different delivery address after you have placed an order.

  • We deliver only in the UAE and within the cities of UAE

  • Delivery time 2-3 working days

  • We arrange daily deliveries except Fridays and UAE Public Holidays.

  • Our courier charge is 25 AED (incl. 5% VAT)

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the link where you can monitor your order.

If you wish to change the address before the shipping process, our Customer Care Team will be happy to assist you. If you received a confirmation that your order has been dispatched, please note that any request to change the shipping address could be possible; you will need to send us an email with your order number and our courier will contact you.​

You may expect a small delay on your delivery, if you change your shipping location.

Please be available for your delivery the time and the date you committed to our courier.  We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.

If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including when you are not available to take delivery of your order or request postponement.

Please note the courier will make up to two phone calls to book the delivery time slot with you, and up to three attempts to deliver before your order is cancelled.
